We can represent any number in real line. If we see our real line if numbers are on right side of zero (zero is the middle of any real line) than they are positive real number and if numbers are on left side are negative number and zero is neutral, neither negative and nor positive. Positive and negative numbers rules are used when we apply any type of operation on real numbers like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
