This dynamic online training will feature both online self-study components, and live interactive webinars, enabling participants, to engage with physiotherapy experts. The course has been developed for clinicians, sports trainers and rehab professionals who are exploring comprehensive knee injury rehabilitation, from diagnosis to advanced functional recovery.
The modules encompasses a review of anatomy, injury classification, post-surgical management and evidence-based exercise progressions, while providing knowledge of rehabilitation methods for specific conditions including, ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, patellar instability, osteoarthritis, and overuse injuries in sport.
The live webinar will enable opportunities for real-time Q&As, case discussions, and hands-on demonstrations to deepen understanding of principles and application of techniques. Recorded sessions will also be made available to the learners for their use at a later time.
Learners will learn skills and strategies for manual therapy, proprioceptive training, kinetic chain, and corrective exercise programming. As an additional part of the travelling course, learners will be provided with clinical resources that include rehab flow charts, an exercise library, and a framework for return to play.
On completion of the course learners will be awarded a credential related to their professional development in knee rehabilitation. This credential will help add to learner credibility and engender clinical confidence around injury recovery and prevention of injuries.
