Birth certificate attestation procedure comprises of many steps including verification of identification from the issuing authority in the home country, and then an authentication from the home state department. Subsequently, such document is authenticated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MOFA) and by the Oman Embassy or Oman Consulate.
