Bharathiar University Distance Education Admission
The School of Distance Education (SDE) of Bharathiar University was established during the academic year 1991–1992. All courses offered by SDE are approved by the University Grants Commission, Council for Distance Education (UGC-DEC), and then by the Department of Distance Education (UGC-DEB), under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
